Who we are
The AI & Web Presence Gap Analysis is run by Tentmaker Strategies LLC, a Texas company. Questions or requests: adam@tentmakerstrategies.com.
What we collect
- Your website address and ZIP code. We use them to run the scan.
- Your contact details when you unlock the full report: name, business or organization, phone and email, plus notes if you choose to add them. If you type an average job value into a report, it stays in your browser and is not sent to us.
- Your IP address, kept in a daily counter so one person cannot run unlimited reports.
What we measure
We read public information only: your public website, Google search and Maps results, public Google reviews, public ad libraries, and the answers AI assistants give to common customer questions. We do not log into any of your accounts.
How we use it
- To build your report and send you its private link.
- So Adam can follow up with you about the report by email or phone. You can tell us to stop at any time.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to automated email sequences.
Who helps us run it
- Vercel hosts this site and stores reports privately.
- Google (Sheets and Gmail) holds your request and sends the email with your link. Google PageSpeed Insights tests your site's speed.
- DataForSEO runs the Google, Maps, review, ads and AI-assistant searches. It receives your business name, website and area, not your contact details.
- Anthropic (the maker of Claude) reads your public website to identify what kind of organization you are, and writes the plain-English summary from your scan results. It does not receive your contact details.
- Cloudflare may run a quick human check on the request form to block spam.
Your private report
Your report lives at a long, random link. Anyone you share the link with can open it, so share it only with people you trust. Search engines are told not to index it.
How long we keep it
We keep reports and requests until you ask us to delete them. Email adam@tentmakerstrategies.com and we will delete your report and contact details.
Cookies
This page does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If the spam check runs, Cloudflare may use what it needs to tell people from bots.
